Akbar, a seasoned leader with over 23 years of experience, serves as the Head of Learning (Behavioral & Leadership) and Employee Experience at Al Tayer Motors. He is a certified facilitator of Franklin Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and holds qualifications from the British Psychological Society in Levels A and B, as well as Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels of Learning Evaluation.
In his current role, Akbar is dedicated to fostering employee development through diverse interventions including coaching, mentoring, classroom sessions, digital learning, and gamification. With his extensive expertise in soft skills and leadership, Akbar brings valuable insights and impact to every initiative he engages in and looks forward to contributing to this programme with the same passion and effectiveness.
