Smrithi Mark is a Learning & Development professional with over 17 years of experience in building capability frameworks, leadership development pathways, structured onboarding programs, and large-scale training ecosystems. She has led multi-level development initiatives, technical training programs, pulse surveys, and feedback-driven organisational improvements, primarily during her tenure in senior management at a global financial organisation.

As a dedicated Sunmarke parent, Smrithi brings both professional expertise and personal commitment to her role as a SUNMAC Governor. She is passionate about strengthening collaboration between families and educators and contributing to initiatives that enhance learning and wellbeing. Smrithi hopes to support the school by designing meaningful feedback mechanisms, offering insights to enrich teaching and learning experiences, reviewing training and communication content, supporting teacher development efforts, and helping create simple, engaging ways to celebrate student milestones in partnership with parents.
